Last month we announced the winners of the previous giveaways that were held on telegram and twitter. The time has come for the lucky winners to claim their rewards. Also, in this article, we will be telling you more about KuDrops, and sharing some instructions so you guys can see how easy it is to claim your tokens.
What is KuDrops?
KuDrops is a feature of KuSwap that is designed to facilitate information campaigns, community building, and to always keep the community in a positive mood. The team has carefully studied and tested the possible effects of KuDrops to the price action of KUS in order to structure it in such a way that the giveaways would hardly affect the price. So instead of worrying about that, the community can focus its efforts into welcoming, informing, and engaging the new people that will be brought by this program.
How does it work?
It’s easy as 1..2..3!
- You win a giveaway or a community contest held by KuSwap.
- Your metamask wallet address is added to the winners list and the corresponding amount of KuSwap Tokens (KUS) is allotted to that address.
- Next, you go to the KuDrops section of KuSwap and claim it. You will need a small amount of KuCoin Tokens (KCS) for the transaction. KCS is the gas on the KuCoin Community Chain (KCC).

When can I claim my winnings?
The date for claiming the prizes for each contest will be announced on our socials (see the bottom of this article for a list of the socials). Always remember: Tuesday is KUSday!
Right now, there are 3 Scheduled Claims already:
1. Gleam Contest — July 6 to July 19 (extended claim period)
2. $PLAY Minters and Outstanding KuSwappers — July 20 to July 26
3. Farming Launch Supporters — July 27 to July 26 to August 2
IMPORTANT!
You will be given a grace period of one week to claim the tokens. If you do not claim it during this period, you will forfeit the prize.
Do you have Step-by-step instructions on how to claim?
If you are a winner and your claiming date has arrived. Simply follow these steps:
1. Go to the Kudrops Section of KuSwap or Click Here.
2. If your metamask wallet is not yet connected to KuSwap, connect your metamask by finding the connect button on the site and click it.
3. Check to see how many KUS tokens are allotted for your address to claim.
4. Click Claim $KUS.
5. Confirm the transaction in your metamask. You will need a small amount of KCS for this transaction.
6. Confirm if you have your $KUS tokens now in your metamask. If it’s not yet added, click Add Token and add the $KUS contract address to your metamask.

Congratulations! You have now claimed your KUS tokens. Feel free to use it to add liquidity to the farms so you can earn more KUS as a reward for providing liquidity.
